Refunds

ALL CSA PURCHASES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. We strive to provide the best, if there are any issues with product we will be happy to replace item(s).

CSA POLICY/AGREEMENT

When purchasing a CSA you are agreeing to the following:

All CSA purchases are to be paid in full (EBT purchases will be paid at pick up only)
Please make arrangements ahead of time if you will not be able to pick up your box.
No shows for pick up will be donated to the food pantry and forfeited.
You my pause your subscription during vacation, but please notify us so we can properly keep track.
Pick up locations may be changed at anytime to accommodate your needs. Locations are as followed; Monday’s Whitesboro farmers market, Wednesday’s Oriskany farmers market, Thursday’s Herkimer farmers market, Friday’s Boonville, Saturday’s Oneida County public market (Utica Train station) & Frankfort Farmer’s Market at the marina, (DURING MARKET HOURS) On the farm Tuesday’s or Friday’s ( 2PM-6PM) Other arrangements can be made
Please save and bring with you the box provided and egg carton.
